Sebastian Douglas Leonard Clark
Chief Executive Officer
Sebastian began his professional career in the British Armed Forces, where he completed officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and served several years in active duty as a commissioned officer.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Oxford, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Imperial College London, and an MBA from London Business School.
When he’s not leading the HE Capital Limited team, Sebastian enjoys sailing, hiking, and restoring classic boats.
Joseph Michael Dickenson
General Manager
Joseph Michael Dickenson serves as General Manager at HE Capital Limited, where he plays a central role in overseeing day-to-day operations and driving the company’s strategic objectives. In this capacity, he works closely with the executive team to ensure efficient business performance, operational excellence, and the successful execution of key initiatives.
Since joining the company, Joseph has been responsible for managing cross-functional teams, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring that all departments operate in alignment with the company’s goals. His leadership has contributed to improved efficiency, stronger team collaboration, and consistent delivery of high-quality results.
Prior to his role at HE Capital Limited, Joseph gained valuable experience in administrative management and corporate operations, working with a range of organisations where he developed strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. He is known for his strategic mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex responsibilities effectively.
Joseph holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Birmingham and continues to build his expertise in business management, leadership, and operational strategy.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Joseph enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
Michele Janet Thorton
Director
Michele Janet Thorton is a Director at HE Capital Limited, where she provides strategic oversight and contributes to the company’s long-term growth and governance. Since joining the organisation, she has played a key role in supporting executive decision-making and ensuring that operational activities align with the company’s overall objectives.
Prior to her appointment at HE Capital Limited, Michele held senior leadership positions across the corporate and financial services sectors, where she developed extensive experience in business management, regulatory compliance, and organisational development. Her career has been defined by a strong focus on strategic planning and operational excellence.
Michele holds a degree in Business and Management from the University of Leeds and has continued to build her expertise through years of leadership experience across multiple industries.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Michele enjoys travelling, reading, and spending time with her family.
Virginia Olive Clark
Secretary
Virginia Olive Clark has been with HE Capital Limited since 2018 and currently serves as Company Secretary. In her role, she provides vital administrative and governance support to the executive team, ensuring the smooth coordination of internal operations and compliance with corporate regulations. Prior to joining the company, Virginia gained extensive experience in office administration and corporate support across various professional environments.
Virginia holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Manchester. She applies her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication abilities to maintain efficiency within the company and support effective decision-making at the executive level.
Outside of the office, Virginia enjoys reading, travelling, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is passionate about maintaining a balanced lifestyle while contributing positively to her professional environment.
